The compact flush-mounted fibre optic connection box with integrated splice cassette offers a solution for FttH connections that is compatible with all standard switch ranges. Thanks to its shallow installation depth, the connection box can also be installed in flat switch boxes. This also eliminates the need for costly and labour-intensive flush-mounted electronic box inserts. The connection box is available as a single component or as a ready-to-use connection set (roller box) with pre-assembled fibre optic cable.

It is compatible with conventional UAE covers and thus blends into the interior design as discreetly as RJ45 data connections – for a uniform, technology-free appearance with maximum transmission performance.
This facilitates both retrofitting in existing buildings and installation in new buildings. At the same time, it promotes acceptance among end customers for the switch to modern fibre optic technology.
In everyday use, especially in households with children, fibre optic connections must be completely safe to operate. Playful curiosity – for example, when children accidentally pull out a cable or look into an open connector – can pose serious risks. The escaping laser light poses a potential risk of injury to the eyes.
